a2ky9 ("the Platform") provides free futures-trading education, a trading journal, a points/rewards system, and community features. This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your data. By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to this Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
2. Data We Collect
(a) Account data: your Google (Gmail) account info via Firebase Authentication (email, account ID). (b) Content you provide: trading journal entries (market observations, plans, reflections, mood/emotion), trade records, uploaded screenshots, points/rewards activity. (c) Automatically collected: usage analytics via Google Analytics (GA4) — pages viewed, time on site, approximate location, device/browser type (GA4 uses cookies); basic technical logs (IP, access times) for security. We do NOT collect payment data (the Platform is free).
3. How We Use Your Data
Rewards Selection Program: we periodically select the most dedicated, most improved, and most consistent users from their trading journals and trade records, and award free prop firm accounts — for this, Platform administrators may view users' journal entries and trade records (including text, trade data, and screenshots) to make the selection (you consent by using these features, and we also obtain explicit consent in-app); to analyse usage (GA4); to protect security and prevent abuse; to contact you when necessary.
4. Third-Party Services
Google Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Storage, Analytics, Cloud Functions); Google Analytics (GA4, cookies); Cloudflare (CDN, security); Impact and partner prop firms (affiliate networks — when you visit partner sites via our affiliate links, tracking data may be transmitted; we may earn a commission); Discord (community, if you join). We encourage you to review their privacy policies.
5. Cookies and Analytics
The Platform uses cookies and similar technologies, primarily via GA4, for usage analytics to improve our services.
6. Data Storage and Retention
Your data is stored on Google Firebase infrastructure. We retain it while your account is active. When you delete a journal entry or trade record, its Firestore record is deleted. Related private images enter an approximately 24-hour delayed-cleanup window, then are scheduled for cleanup. Temporary service errors, backup-retention periods, or restoration operations may delay final removal.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your region (Hong Kong PDPO, EU GDPR, California CCPA, etc.), you may have rights to: access a copy of your data; correct inaccurate data; delete your data; object to or restrict processing; withdraw consent (including for the rewards-selection use). 8. Data Security
We use reasonable technical measures: Firebase security rules (users access only their own data), Firebase App Check (prevents unauthorised access), and Cloudflare network security. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
9. Children's Privacy
The Platform is not directed at persons under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy; for material changes we will post a notice on the Platform and update the date above.

3. Affiliate Disclosure
The Platform is funded by prop firm affiliate commissions and does not charge for paid courses. When you sign up for partner services through our links, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for activity on your account. You agree not to misuse the Platform, attempt unauthorised access to others' data, or interfere with its operation.
5. Rewards Program
The free-account rewards program is offered at a2ky9's sole discretion. Criteria, winners, and rewards are determined by us and may change or be cancelled at any time.
6. Disclaimer
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, a2ky9 is not liable for any losses arising from use of the Platform.
